Jog Belfast Comes to Linen Quarter
Beginner-Friendly and Community-Focused
As part of our Healthy District commitment to supporting a healthier workforce, we’re proud to partner with Active Belfast to bring the hugely successful Jog Belfast programme into the heart of the city.
Beginner-Friendly and Community-Focused, Jog Belfast is a 10-week couch to 5k programme designed especially for complete beginners. With two one-hour sessions each week, participants are guided by friendly, Athletics NI–accredited coaches who tailor the training to individual progress and confidence.
Each cohort works toward a shared goal: completing a 5K graduation run at a local parkrun in Week 10, helping participants step into a supportive running community long after the programme ends.
This city-centre programme will also feature a special nutrition seminar delivered by a Registered dietitian from the Active Belfast team— a first for Linen Quarter programme.
Join us, get moving, and be part of a new community of runners in the Linen Quarter!
Registration fee £10 and Administration fee £1 but will include: Dedicated accredited coach for 10 weeks, running shirt, including warm up shirt, nutrition seminar with Active Belfast dietitian and a surprise graduation activity.
