I am LQ BID’s Communications & Events Manager since May 2023. I am responsible for leading on a range of events and employee experiences which we offer throughout the year including our Annual Pétanque Tournament. I am really excited about what we have in store for the Belfast 2024 year of cultural celebration! Watch this space!
As well as events, I lead on communications for LQ BID, helping to market the district as a great destination for business and leisure. This includes running initiatives such as Belfast Restaurant Week alongside our partners.
Favourite LQ Landmark: My favourite landmark in the Linen Quarter is the Monument to the Unknown Woman Worker outside Great Northern Mall because I love the story behind how it came to be!
Favourite place to eat and drink in LQ: My favourite place to eat in the district would probably be Fratelli's while I really enjoy Marcus Ward for a drink during the summer, overlooking the wildflower meadow of Bankmore Square!
