I'm the Community Operations Lead at Ormeau Labs, where I lead the day-to-day operations of one of Belfast's leading startup hubs, creating an environment where founders, entrepreneurs and innovators can connect, collaborate and grow. My role spans operations, project management, events, partnerships and community engagement, giving me the opportunity to work with startups at every stage of their journey while helping build a thriving innovation ecosystem.
Before joining Ormeau Labs, I built my career across organisational development, learning and development, workplace experience and project management, giving me a strong foundation in creating engaging environments, improving processes and bringing people together. I'm passionate about supporting Belfast's business community. As a member of the Linen Quarter BID Board, I'm excited to contribute my experience to help strengthen the district, encourage collaboration and support its continued growth as a vibrant destination to live, work and innovate.
