Chris graduated from Delft University of Technology in 2010 with a MSc in Architecture, Urbanism and Building Sciences. As part of his studies he completed a placement at Amsterdam City Council’s planning department in 2006. Since then, Chris worked as a researcher and teaching assistant in the planning department at Queen’s University Belfast and as a Project & Policy Officer in Belfast Healthy Cities. As part of the latter role, Chris managed the Healthy Places programme that aimed to identify solutions for making Belfast’s urban environment a healthier place to live, work and visit for all.
Chris joined the LQ BID team as a Project Officer in December 2019 and will aim to promote the Linen Quarter as a healthy and sustainable district and support various regeneration initiatives, among other projects.
Favourite place in the Linen Quarter: Bedford Street between Donegall Square and Ormeau Avenue.
