Ciara Davidson is Head of Governance and Stakeholder Engagement at ICC Belfast.

Ciara is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, and stakeholder engagement. As a key member of the Executive team at ICC Belfast | Waterfront Hall | Ulster Hall, Ciara works closely with the Chief Executive and Board of Directors to drive the effective delivery of the organisation's strategy and business plan.

With a focus on interdepartmental collaboration and project management, Ciara plays a vital role in overseeing strategic initiatives, including Sustainability, CSR and Corporate Governance. She also ensures effective communication and transparency with internal and external stakeholders, driving impactful engagement and supporting the company’s long-term goals.

Leading the Team Engagement initiatives, she fosters a motivated and dynamic work environment to build a culture of collaboration and operational excellence, aligning organisational development with long-term business success.
