Plans announced for NI’s first Yotel

The £17 million development at 2-12 Botanic Avenue  will contain 165 rooms and is due to open in late 2026.

The announcement cements the Linen Quarter as the premier NI location for international hotel brands, with five more international hotel brands opening up within the Linen Quarter. These include an Adagio aparthotel in Dorchester House on Great Victoria Street, a Staybridge Suites aparthotel on Bedford Street, a Sonder aparthotel on Dublin Road, A Moxy by Marriott on Clarence Street West, and the Dean hotel on Bedford Street.
