Linen Quarter to host NI’s first hotel of The Dean group
Plans have been submitted for the conversion of the Victorian terraces located on 34-44 Bedford Street and 6 Clarence Street into Northern Ireland’s first ‘the Dean’ hotel. The Dean hotel brand currently offers boutique stays that include modern pod rooms in their hotels in Dublin, Cork and Galway.
The Belfast hotel will be the group’s fourth location and the plans include 88 bedrooms, ground floor hospitality, a covered internal courtyard plus a pool and bar on the rooftop overlooking the Linen Quarter’s skyline.
