NI’s first Sonder aparthotel coming to Dublin Road

The £9 million development at 57-63 Dublin Road will contain 84 serviced apartments and is due to open in late 2025.

The announcement cements the Linen Quarter as the premier NI location for international hotel brands, with five more international hotel brands opening up within the Linen Quarter. These include an Adagio aparthotel in Dorchester House on Great Victoria Street, a Staybridge Suites aparthotel on Bedford Street, a Yotel on Shaftesbury Square, A Moxy by Marriott on Clarence Street West, and the Dean hotel on Bedford Street.
