Social Enterprise Community Finance Ireland delivers another first

We are thrilled to welcome Community Finance Ireland as our newest Living Wage Employer in the district! This significant commitment demonstrates Community Finance Ireland’s dedication to fair practices and the well-being of its employees.

Community Finance Ireland is the first member organisation who benefited from our Living Wage Scheme (since we launched it in November 2023).

Currently, there are 93 organisations in Northern Ireland accredited as a Living Wage Employer and we are proud that 12 (13%) of those organisations are in the LQ BID district.

Donal Traynor CE0 of Community Finance Ireland had this to say as team members accepted the accreditation at CFI Glengall Exchange Offices in Belfast:

As the Chief Executive of the team I am dedicated to ensuring that all team members are valued for the hard work they do on our behalf and on behalf of our clients across the island of Ireland”.
