NI’s first Moxy by Marriott hotel to open in the Linen Quarter

The MHL Hotel Collection has acquired the former Park Inn on Clarence Street West with a view to open the first Moxy by Marriott hotel in Northern Ireland. The 145 bedroom premises is to due to open during the first half of 2025 after a planned £7 million refurbishment programme.

The announcement cements the Linen Quarter as the premier NI location for international hotel brands, with four more international hotel brands opening up within the Linen Quarter. These include an Adagio aparthotel in Dorchester House on Great Victoria Street, a Staybridge Suites aparthotel on Bedford Street, a Voco Hotel in the Gasworks, and the Dean hotel on Bedford Street.
