LQ BID Partner With BITC
As part of our ambition to make the Linen Quarter NI’s first Sustainable District, we are partnering with BITC to support a cohort of members in becoming more climate aware and reducing their climate footprint. Several organisations have signed up, but a few places remain.
Our training kicks off in October, with two workshops on Carbon Literacy. This will cover the causes and consequences, taking action, and the business case for doing so. Following the Carbon Literacy training, participants will engage in bespoke workshops, directly with BITC. On completion of the training, organisations will commit to reduce their emissions by signing the BITC Climate Action pledge.
The cost per business is £2000.00, however the BID is funding 75%, meaning each participating organisation will pay just £500.00.
