BELFAST BUSINESS PROMISE MEMBERSHIP AWARDED TO LINEN QUARTER BID

Belfast Business Promise 1

We have been awarded Membership status alongside The Department of Economy and Belfast Harbour during the soft-launch of the Belfast Business Promise held in Belfast City Hall on April 11, 2024.

Belfast Business Promise is a new accreditation for employers working to improve Belfast. Making Belfast a better city involves creating good jobs, supporting a sustainable local economy, and building a healthier city.

To join the Belfast Business Promise, your organisation must be:

  • an employer

  • based in Belfast.

Businesses, public sector bodies, service providers, third sector organisations, voluntary and community organisations are eligible to join.

The Belfast Business Promise has Eight Pledges for employers. Employers gain Supporter accreditation by developing an action plan to meet five pledges (including two of three core pledges). As soon as you demonstrate that you have met your five chosen pledges, you will gain Member accreditation. All eight pledges must be met for members to receive Ambassador status.
