Join City Centre Gift Card Scheme

Linen Quarter BID work in partnership with Belfast One and Destination CQ BID on the Belfast City Centre Gift Card initiative, and we are actively encouraging all hospitality and retail businesses to get involved!

Since inception in 2020, the Gift Card has maintained over £189,000 within the BID areas, with over 160 businesses now accepting the Gift Card. The card is a pre-paid Mastercard and will allow customers to spend in participating outlets within the BID areas. Cards are available to purchase online and can only be spent in registered businesses within the City Centre.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a city-wide marketing initiative that will help drive footfall and spend to your business. There are no fees attached for your business to join, as this is part of your BID levy fee.

Many BIDs across the UK now have a gift card and it has been extremely successful elsewhere. We very much look forward to emulating that success here in Belfast! We would like to see as many retail and hospitality outlets as possible signing up to accept the card – offering a great variety for visitors to the City Centre.
