KEY HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR HEALTH WEEK 2024
Over the week (June 10-16, 2024), we have worked with partners to deliver almost 80 health-related events for employees in the district. With over 500 participants, we are wrapping up our Health Week 2024 with a huge thanks to everyone, including our partners.
The success of our initiatives is not only measured in terms of numbers, but also in terms of the legacy we leave behind. A few highlights, we have:
✅Trained and Certified 23 new life savers from our AED and First Aid/CPR training.
✅Co-funded 4 AED’s for member organisations.
✅Added 1 new accredited Cycling Friendly Facility in the district
✅Delivered a unique bike exhibition and organised bike-marking in celebration of Bike Week 2024
✅Match funded donations collected through our dog petting for an animal rescue home.
✅Launched our bespoke ‘Spinning Yarns’, an LQ BID Walking Tour
We strive to create a district that is healthy, safe and sustainable for everyone who lives, works and visits the Linen Quarter.
