Contractors appointed for stage 2 of GVS works

The Linen Quarter BID are happy to announce that contractors for the second stage of the Great Victoria Street streetscape enhancement scheme have been appointed. The next stage of the scheme include four different strands of work that will take place across various sites on lower Great Victoria Street:

• murals and street art;
• planting and biodiversity schemes;
• shopfront improvements; and
• street cleansing and graffiti removal.

Works are due to start in October with a view to have all interventions finalised before Christmas time. Progress on the programme can be tracked here.
