LQ Innovation Workshop

We’re delighted to work in partnership with the Dept of Finance Innovation Lab to deliver dynamic new business training exclusively for Linen Quarter organisations.

Led by top London trainer Glen Broomfield and with a bespoke session from Google Digital, this free workshop on the experience economy, understanding customers and agile revenue growth is not to be missed.

Glen is the London based Head of Design Research & Service Design at Stepstone, the owners of NI Jobs and Total Jobs.

Glen leads the Design Research team tasked with understanding extremely diverse B2B and B2C users and the Service Design team who plan and organise people, infrastructure, communication and other components to improve the quality of our interaction with customers. He was previously Director, Global Solutions Quality Management International, Inc. in Houston, Texas, where he worked with their largest customers helping to map the processes that made up their operating ecosystems and design opportunities for improvement.

The workshop kicks off at the Maldron hotel at 0930 with coffee and pastries, and a delicious buffet lunch will also be provided.
