Act FAST, Save Lives! 🚴‍♀️ Stroke Awareness Cycle Challenge

We’re inviting everyone working in the Linen Quarter District to hop on a static cycle and help raise awareness of stroke symptoms in Northern Ireland, while raising funds for NI Chest Heart & Strokes vital stroke services – our new Charity Partner.

Why FAST?

Recognising stroke symptoms quickly can save lives. The FAST acronym helps you remember the signs:

  • F – Face: Does one side droop when smiling?
  • A – Arms: Can both arms be raised evenly?
  • S – Speech: Is speech slurred or strange?
  • T – Time: Call emergency services immediately!
