Linen Quarter’s Virtual Health Week 2020

If like everyone, you’re currently working from home, hitting the snooze button after a late-night of binge watching TV and hoping your furry friends will start to talk back, well think again as we launch Linen Quarter’s Virtual Health Week – giving you an opportunity to keep fit, remain healthy and stay connected.
Due to the current pandemic we were unable to bring you Health Week in association with many LQ business partners, so we thought what better way than to promote our Health Week online and encourage you and your family to get involved.
Staying active is one of the hardest parts of this quarantine, but maybe one of the most essential, keeping your mind and body healthy.Fortunately, many LQ businesses are creating virtual spaces for you to do just that. You can now take online classes that will help you stay active and follow social distancing guidelines – there’s also a recipe or two for you to try at home, and insightful articles on how to stay motivated and positive – after all we’re all experiencing this together.

Check out what’s on below and get fit, get healthier and get involved:

Ways to feel less ‘alone’ at the weekend when not connected to work colleagues is essential to relieve the stress brought on by the pandemic and the 24-hour news cycle that comes along with it.
